What we collect

Nothing. There is no account system, no newsletter, no contact form on this site and no server-side storage of anything you type. Business names, client names, rates and payment notes stay in the browser tab you opened.

Where the work happens

The invoice preview, the arithmetic and the PDF file are all produced by JavaScript running on your own machine. The PDF is assembled in memory and handed to your browser as a download.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and includes no advertising or social media scripts. Cloudflare — the company whose network serves this site to your browser — adds its own anonymous page counter to delivered pages. That counter sets no cookies, does not fingerprint you and records no personal data: it counts that a page was viewed, and roughly from where. It never sees what you type into the invoice.

What this page loads

The page itself, one stylesheet, two JavaScript files, the icons in the header, and Cloudflare's page counter. That is the complete list.

Third parties

Web fonts are not loaded from a font service — the site uses the fonts already installed on your device. The PDF library is bundled with the site rather than fetched from a content delivery network. The only third-party request is the page counter described above.

Data you should keep

Because nothing is stored, refreshing or closing the page clears the form. Download the PDF, or keep the numbers somewhere safe, before you leave.
